So, I finally got the print copy in my hands, and it’s exciting. It represents nearly a year of collaboration with my peers, trying to figure out how to get the latest and most accurate information, deployment tips, and inside scoops on internal best practices.

I personally enjoyed putting together information on planning and adoption. It’s such an integral part of my day-to-day job in Customer Experience. Our onboarding and adoption guidance is based on the Microsoft Adoption Framework.
